I am 38 years old. My passion is fitness and helping others. I have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years and I continue to be, for last 6 years at GoTimeTraining as the Lead Trainer and Director of Education. Changing lives fuels me everyday as does my wife, that I have been happily married to for 5 years now. I moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to be with her and have lived in the wonderful City Of Wichita, Kansas for over 8 years now. I'm Huge OKC Thunder fan and OU fan, but have adopted WSU Basketball. I do have 2.5lb Yorkie, that I truly never thought I'd want (Wifey's choice) or love a little dog so much, but as of now she is my only baby and she gives me lots of joy and love.


Wesley Children's Foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to providing support to every child and family across the state of Kansas. The goals are simple: provide high-quality assistance to families and their children, ensure ongoing education and training for staff, utilize preventive medical programs and best practice research, and engage those around us with meaningful community partnerships.
